It still keeps saying on my computer that it is expired because even though I purchased 1 year they want me to purchase 2 years so it says expired still.

A very good virus scanning tool. However, this subscription was a renewal that I did online. I was charged $9.99 for a CD to download the program but I already had it on my computer. With a renewal subscription, one would think they wouldn't charge you this. I did receive the CD several days after "re-activating" my subscription with the supplied code. The CD was usual for my purposes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Renew subscription is confusing- directions say to activate account with 29 digits key code - then upload app - but this is not necessary if you are renewing- they should explain tgat

This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

It shows me what is wrong with my software, but not how to fix it. Biggest problem is I keep getting requests for installation even though I have downloaded the software from a disk.
