Keep getting “Thank you” emails fo renewing and then ones that say I’m not finished. I don’t know if I’m covered or not. They did hit my cc so I’m assuming I’m covered.

I truly like Webroot and have used it very many years. I gave ot 4 stars because several months ago they abruptly cancelled me and I had to start aagin. There was no reasoning and now I don't know why they are welcoing me as a new user.
It's not secure as you claim because it allows viruses into my computer.

I'm still having problems. Getting secure anywhere on my android phone. It would not take my user name and password. Can I get some support help please.
