Terrible software! Impossible to get any help on the phone. I bought 1 cd they sent me 2 and charged me twice! I plan on just disputing both charges and throwing their junk in the trash. Save your money!

Bought a product for my laptop and phone. Can't get any response from contact efforts to gain help to install on my phone. I've simply given up. Emails calls etc. Nothing works in terms of getting assistance

I contacted technical support because the product was not playing well with my WiFi and VPN installed on a computer with Windows 10. I explained that I was having trouble connecting to the internet, so I used my phone’s tiny keyboard buttons to type a very detailed message describing the problem. I asked them to CALL ME, anytime, and provided the number and the only times when I would not be available. No one ever called me. Meanwhile, I uninstalled and reinstalled both products, and that seemed to fix the connectivity problem. Several days later, I received three emails. Two of them wanted me to call THEM again to tell them what the problem was. I already did that. The third one wanted me to leave a review because they are so happy to have me as a customer. Well, you’re not going to like my review, because all the advertising seems like empty words. To get 2 stars, you need to make at least half of an effort. To get 3 stars, you need to reply in a reasonable amount of time. To earn 4 stars, you need to show some competency. To get 5 stars, you need to fix the problem and convince me I didn’t just waste my money.

I have no idea whether I’ve implemented it. I’ve received numerous messages saying I haven’t. I’ve followed all download instructions. I’m totally frustrated.
