Webroot is very good internet security. I have used it for a few years. I have never had any issues or problems. I will continue to use it to protect my devices.

This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

I’m just very confused I keep on saying it keeps on saying that I’m not I did not install am I supposed to install it on my phone or in my iPod I know I did it on the computer I’m not sure I have one year of your software virus protection but I’m not sure if I’m supposed to install it in my phone if so would you please resubmit it to me again thank you very much and have a wonderful day
