Webroot has provided the best security I have been able to find. It even cleaned up my college student's computer :) I use it on personal computers and my business laptop.

Good enough I keep using it

The product does a really good job of keeping bad things away from my system. Wish the user portal was a little (a lot) more user friendly, but I don't get into my account that often.
I was introduced to Webroot when I purchased my first home computer in 2007. I've never had a problem -- yes, I knocked on wood -- and have recommended it to friends. After 10 years, it would take a lot to convince me to change. Thanks, Webroot team.
This is a great product available in a time of huge hacks. Stay protected.

My wife is still getting notifications that her account will expire soon. I renewed it through Best Buy Geek Squad and they said that it would renew automatically but it has already renewed and she is still getting the notifications.

Great Value for the Price

I bought this product based on good reviews and the fact that you can load this program on three devices. It also seemed to have all of the features that I wanted. So far, so good. The program scans frequently and has not given me any problems. This is my first review of the product. If I have any problems, I will be back with another review.

webroot verses malware bytes
on October 23, 2017

I used webroot first every morning, then I use Malware bytes. Well Webroot shows nothing found, but then Malwarebytes shows 324 pup files found and quarantined them, I thought Webroot was supposed to show malice software also. I'm not sure if Webroot is doing what it is supposed to do.
Response from webroot.comBy Josh P., Online, October 30, 2017
Webroot does not scan for cookies as we do not find them to be harmful whereas MalwareBytes does. Having different results when using two competing solutions is to be expected.
If you believe there is a threat on your system that the regular scan is not addressing, please contact our Customer Support Team and they'll be glad to take care of it on your behalf. Support Number: 1-866-612-4227 M-F 7am−6pm MT Send a Support Ticket: http://wbrt.io/eyqx
