As far as I can tell, Webroot is ok. I really don't know anything about computers or antivirus protection, so couldn't really tell you if it's working. It was easy to renew. I do still get annoying pop ups from McAfee telling me my antivirus is expired and to renew even when I never had McAfee installed on my laptop. Don't know why that's happening and why Webroot doesn't Root that out.
Webrooot sent me a cd that won't do anything. I also am continuing to get pop up messages about needing to renew.

I have been using this internet security for a long time. Even for 1 year a time it saves me some money & for renewal. Glad it also works on my Galaxy S8 as well because it's Android.
I canNOT use the disc my laptop does not have a disc player. So now what do I do?

Luckily you don't need the disc! You can download the unactivated version of Webroot here: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wsa-installer-download
And then you just put in the subscription code that's included in your box under the "my account" section of the software.
You charged my credit card three times but they have removed two duplicate charges. Now I keep receiving notices to renew with the only options beinf Renew or Cancel. Please stop these messages.
