I renewed my Webroot subscription for my laptop and my phone. They sent me a CD but neither of them have a CD portal. This is useless to me.

Hello, I'm sorry you are having issues with installation. Does your subscription still say expired? You do not need to install a new version of Webroot as it is always up to date. Click on the cogwheel under my account on the bottom right of the interface and it should tell you how many days you have left. You can always download our software from our website. Unable to install. I had webroot prior to this. Was charged from previous subscription and it wasn’t working so I bought the whole package again, uninstalled the old one, tried to install the new one and now I’ve wasted my money twice. I’m disappointed and frustrated

We can also combine your active keycodes so you don't lose anytime
Have yet to get last pass password manager to work

I recently purchased Webroot (renewed subscription). I renewed it prior to it expiring but had received emails telling me to renew. Now I am plagued with email after email telling me to renew Webroot even though I have done exactly that
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I could not tell if I was successful in downloading the protection. I called technical support and they confirmed that Webroot is installed on my computer.
