The download does not follow the way it says in the prompts. I'm not even sure it downloaded right, but I was charged for it and when it pulls up on my computer it says I'm protected, but I keep getting reminders that my subscription has expired and I should renew now. Sooo frustrating!!!!

Don't really need it

Thought it would stop cross site tracking and ads based on sites I've viewed. Turns out that it is not recommended for a password protected home wifi. I rarely connect to an unsecured public wifi, so it of little use to me.

When we purchased our computer several years ago Webroot was downloaded as the security device. The next year I went with a different security company and started receiving all kinds of "undesirable" requests/ads on my e-mails. This year I went back to Webroot and hopefully that does not happen.
