I have used Webroot for a long time and have in the past I was pleased but not now. On Dec. 19,2021 I renewed it again and I was charged Three Times for $53.01 all at the same time. I have tried several times to see about the triple charges at the identical time of 7:42 P.M. I live only with Soc. Security and I don't know if I can continue this. Betty Blu Mundy

What I want is a refund. You charged me twice, and my grandson said I didn’t need Webroot because I already have McAfee. Please give me my money back.

I'm trying to install my new Webroot which I just purchased, but when I try to put in my code which shows I purchased a new plan, it won't take it, so I'm without protection.

I paid for 1 year subscription that was to cover 3 computers. I was unable to upgrade any of the 3 computers. I have not contacted Webroot support yet. Hopefully they can help me get the product installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
