Not useable. Forget it now. I had always had the disc sent to before. By God next one I will have the box sent to me and I'll get it done.

Webroot works so quietly I can hardly say anything about it! I did notice how my computer now runs so much faster without my old heavyweight antivirus hogging resources all the time, and haven't had any malware issues in the months I've now been running Webroot.

I paid Webroot on my credit card and tried to download the security but do not think it worked. You keep sending me notices I am running out of coverage but you still have my money and I cannot talk to a real person for help. So i don't know how I feel about webroot.

Hi,
This sounds like a simple keycode activation fix. All you would have to do is click on "My account" at the bottom right and make sure your newly purchased keycode is there, if not, then all you have to do is copy and paste it from your purchase email.
