I received multiple e-mails to renewal my security with you. On 10/26 I charged $58.28 for next years renewal. I was unable to download or update.
On 10/28 I received another e-mail that my renewal will be automatic and I won't have to do anything, Great I like that. I will be charged $59.99 for this.
So now I will be charged twice because of the very confusing e-mails .
Can you help with this???

I continue to receive emails saying my protection has expired. It’s disconcerting, to say the least, that my protection provider doesn’t know that I have paid for and receiving protection. I should get a free year of protection for bringing this problem to your attention.

I purchased renewal and have yet....3 weeks later....to have my account state current subscription. Still reading expired. I have put in correct keycode numerous times to activate as per instruction Webroot sent.
