would not update on computer

renewed my plan, message said it would automatically update well it did not do so and I continue to receive "warning expiring" etc messages.

I was enticed by the price and the reviews that I had read. I'm in my second year now with 4 computers covered. There is a big difference on how my systems perform using Webroot -vs- Zone Alarm which I used for many years. With Webroot I don't notice it using any of my resources and with Zone Alarm I definitely did.

Every day I know Webroot is on guard against attacks on my computer software. Phishers, scammers and malware ... eat electrons and die!
