Disappointed in Webroot

I am disappointed in Webroot in that I was told by on of your reps that it has quirks working in IOS Catalina. My first subscription of the standard Webroot protection use to show when and how long ago a scan was performed. It now does not let me know, if in fact, a scan had been performed leaving me with no other alternative but to perform a scan. In short, nothing lets me know if it is performing a constant scan all along. If I was informed of this quirk when one of your sales reps via a telephone call activated my subscription I may have decided otherwise. This obviously is an older MAC where it does not have enough memory to upgrade to Big Sur, but nonetheless should not be shorted on the cost and benefits of Webroot protection.
