The webroot works fine. My biggest complaint is that when I first bought webroot, it was offered to me for a period of 1, 3, or 5 years. NEVER did anyone tell me I was on an auto renewal program, which, incidentally charges the customer 5 days before the expiration date, but also sends a message on the expiration date that my computer is not covered and I must sign up immediately. So, I have been charged twice for 2 years. After this year, I will be looking for other coverage.

When I re-enrolled a week ago and the product would not activate using my keycode authorization, it was impossible to find customer service of any kind -- online, phone ... nothing.

Product would not download. Webroot sent a disc, that would not run. I sent an email asking for assistance and the only reply I got was a survey. Guess I'm out $60 for NOTHING. Not happy at all. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
