Was completing a renewal, process the download as instructed. Don't know if process went thru or not. My opening screen to Webroot states my program has expired, although I have paid for it and have an e-mail receipt.

Everytime I try to log ontro my account, to view the specifics, I do the two-factor authentication. It then logs me in, but immediately logs me back out. A never-ending cycle. Must do better!!!
Couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Keep getting notification on my computer I need to renew , it’s expired. Very aggravating. You need to make adjustments/ updates when it’s purchased!
