you guys make a great product with easy usage . the thing I like best is you dont bother me with upgrade sales and pop ups. I get what I want with no hassles and no problems - you would make millions if you could run a cable company like that

It was an EXTREMELY difficult product to install. After working with it for 3 days and several emails to webroot, with no reply, I gave up and took the computer and software to The Geek Squad. It took them 4 days and only after erasing my computer and reinstalling everything were they able to get the download to take!

I had to recovery of computer and trying to use my current webroot (paid for 2 yrs) and got as far as download. I have tried even new account and still only as far as download. What is the problem???????
