The best protection

I've been using Secure Anywhere Internet Security Plus, for over 3 years. This protection is the best, for me and my father-in-law.

Fast and secure

I used to use Norton, but it would bog down and take forever to degrag and scan. Webroot is great; I don't have to think about it, it's just there. Love it!
Two issues though. My subscription says it's expired which it shouldn't be as I renewed it. Issue 2 is when I click on customer support nothing happens. Can you look into this?
Seems to be working great, and I love not having to think about it, though I do a complete scan, cleaning etc. once a week. Never can be too careful/

Great but....

does a great job normally and doesn't cause my computer to slow down. BUT it says any crypto mining program I have tried to run is a virus and will not let me whitelist a folder!! I can white list specific files which will work... until there's an update than it marks as a virus again then you have to mark every file for the white list again. the only way to get around this annoying issue is to turn off the antivirus program which completely defeats the purpose of having one

difficult to renew

i have had webroot since i bought this lenovo piece of junk computer . i have had no problems until it expired and tried to renew .they took my money and i downloaded it but kept getting pop ups saying it's expired . i uninstalled it like i was told by webroot and reinstalled it but still get pop ups . i uninstalled it AGAIN and reinstalled it using the CD they sent me in the mail . my files say it is there but i still get pop ups no way of knowing if it is protected i am unhappy and will look for a better computer and when i replace it will never use webroot or recommend it
