For some reason Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus. I enter all the information and it will scan my computer but when I go to register online it says unable to register. I have now problems with it on my phone. Because it works great on my phone is the reason I am only doing 3 stars
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product

This product makes me feels so much secured when I am using my computer. It operates in the background without slowing down my computer. Compared to other internet security services and virus scans Webroot is much more cost effective and effective at doing the job

I recently had to purchase a new hard drive due to software virus. I subsequently installed Webroot and have not had a problem henceforth.

Password support not working, hopeless support

One of the features that made me buy Webroot was the password and login support but all I got was a free version of Last Pass which is now useless on multiple devices. Have contacted support numerous times with varying results, being fobbed off, someone assuring me they will help and then not hearing anything for weeks, deleted my Last Pass account and re-did it which was working fine then somebody decided to help again by making it not work again, the support from Webroot is an absolute joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this app which I can not use. Though I had entered the security code garbage correctly many, many times over, It would never accept anything I'd entered. Now I have no idea where or what the security code is. Please help rectify this issue or give me a refund.

I purchased this program last month and have not been able to use it because I could never get into it to validate it. I entered over and over the proper parts of the security code, which was nonsense, and now I have no idea where or what that security code was. Fix this or give me a refund. I cannot put low enough ratings down since they are not options.

Confused!!

Ive downloaded the protection but every now and then it keeps asking me to reenter the key code for some reason, I just quit the process and move on, it seems to be doing what its supposed to do for now, will see!
