Having a problem

Ever since I renewed I have been having a problem with it coming up on my screen telling me my subscription has expired and I need to renew. No matter what I try I can't seem to solve the problem. Other than that I have been happy with the product

This is my 3rd year. I love the program it is the best. My computer stays in 24/7 I never worry it works. I had always used Norton 360 but I can honestly say Webroot works as good or better. I believe in my opinion I will never go back. Thanks Webroot.
