Excellent Product

Being a loyal long-term customer, I think your product is top tier. Things I like: very fast scans, finds a lot of malware types, automatically updates, and very light-weight client. Things you could improve: automatic renewals. I didn't use the auto-renewal this year because I changed my coverage, so my license number changed. However, your auto-renewal system sent me several messages warning me that I did not renew: "For 2 weeks, your computer has been unprotected and at risk of being targeted by cybercriminals. It’s a matter of when, not if, the next big cybersecurity breach will happen. Count yourself among the protected by renewing now." This is really very minor and I'm bringing it up based on its nuisance value only.

Working well

Easy to install. I have it on all my devices. This was recommended by a computer fix it guy after my previous product got infected with a trojan. I've had it for a few months now and it is doing its job. I wish it had a clean up function like my other one did. That's the only thing I miss.

This product really doesn't do anything. You might think it is, but nothing really happens. Connection with Geek Squad makes it a money maker....but no real value.

Good protection but what about solutions?

Over years I have never suffered any kind of attack. It came highly regarded by the IT manager of a major corporation. I would like a section for fixing what it finds. I want Webroot to add a Windows repair tool kit to my protection. Want to eliminate processes that are not needed. But windows is so complex that it is dangerous to get rid of them lest we get rid of a process that the computer won't work without it. A Webroot process manager tool would be great to get rid of the ones that put themselves on Windows that take up resources that we did not ask for.

Installation not intuitive.

While I like the software the installation procedures for multiple devices is very difficult to understand. While not an IT pro I work with computers everyday and have a good understanding of how to install and setup applications. I found yours to be very complicated and still have a PC that I can't get installed on.
