Best ever for me.

My brother and my sister-in-law have it. They both have their Drs in computer science so I thought if they are using it it has to be good.

Good Protection

I purchased webroot internet security plus a little over 2 years ago and have had no security issues whatsoever. Last year, my laptop died and I was able to transfer the license to my new computer without any problems. I just recently renewed my subscription for another two years because I am confident in the protection this product provides.

No protection at all with VPN

I tried the trial of your product. Quick questions.. I know Webroot doesn't use a normal database on the computer itself rather the cloud. When I was using a VPN (ProtonVPN) why could it not connect to your servers?
If it isn't protecting you. Why doesn't the logo color change and maybe a warning stating the AV isn't work? Instead of making false sense of security? I tried doing the EICAR test file multiple times with and W/O a VPN and it always says it is protecting despite it ALWAYS fails with a VPN and fails about half the time w/o a VPN doing the SAME EXACT file multiple times?
Why doesn't the realtime protection actually work on my Windows 10 machine? Why doesn't it actually block malicious websites? Why doesn't it even block malicious codes despite it is connected to your cloud?
If it isn't working on my computer chances are on many other computers it isn't working either and you are giving people false sense of security and putting peoples personal data at risk! You guys definitely need to do a voluntary recall on this "anti-virus".

It's possible you need to do some specific whitelisting to get this to work as expected. I imagine this is a solvable issue though! I hope that helps.

Excellent Protection
