The product seems to work; I have not had any hacking issues. But I also subscribed to the WiFi Security package, which has continual difficulties in running properly. Cannot really recommend product.

I renewed the service in October, and a dvd was mailed to me. I have attempted to install it, but it keeps telling me to renew my subscription. I am not going to pay for a second subscription!

Hey there - It sounds like you may have not put in your new subscription key code. Installing the software alone is not enough. There should be a serial/key code somewhere in your dvd box that you can use to upgrade your subscription. When you find that key, open Webroot and then go to My Account > Subscription.

Great antivirus program

I have had Webroot antivirus programs for several years and anytime I have had an issue, I have contacted their technical support staff or customer service department and they have always provide a satisfactory resolution.

Packet data issues

There is something in your data packet that lets sites know that I am using a proxy. This interfiles with many video streaming services. To a site my public address should advertise that I am using a proxy.
