proactive approach

Some software will scan your device and tell you if you have a problem. Webroot is proactive in that it runs in the background and when it scans my PC I really do not even notice its activity. I was a little let down that the threat shield did not work with the last software that I purchased, however I was able to download the extension through Microsoft edge store. I am happy.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE WEBROOT THAT I PURCHASED AND I STILL WM GETTING WARNG THAT I NEED TO GET WEBROOT
I THOUGHT THIS WAS THE SAME PRODUCT I GOT AT GEEK SQUAD BUT IT DOESN;T OPERATE THE SAME WAY I SEEM TO HAVE TO START IT EVERY TIME I LOG ON

Easy to set up and use. Does not touch the Searchmine virus at all. Can’t get rid of this virus on my MAC. Finally had to delete the Chrome web browser. No help from Webroot on this.

Easy download but security of purchase not so much

I have been purchasing Webroot for a while now but this last purchase was a very bad experience. After purchasing Webroot, my credit card number was stolen and used to try to purchase items on line. I haven’t used the credit card in several months and as soon as I used it for this purchase, it was used a few days later. It makes me question just how secure the network really is
