Software not working at all?

I'm very disappointed with this Software and the Installation! It could very well be me but it's not working at all and locks up my computer telling me I need to "Renew Now" preventing me from doing what I was originally trying to get done? I need help tomorrow afternoon at the latest!

Very lightweight and effective protection

Have SecureAnywhere on both my desktop and Android. It has stopped some malware on both devices dead in its tracks. The WIFI Security is also a nice addition for the protection of my devices.
