Worst to buy

I r3cwbtkuy2 renewed, it shows it in my bank account, but not on my laptop screen. There is no place to send an email, and the times to call are times most people work

This is the worst program to renew with a disc or online.

I have tried probably a total of 10 times to download a new purchased copy of Webroot Internet Security protection to the 5 computers I have in our small office. I have only been successful with 2 of the 5 getting this reloaded. It keeps wanting me to purchase another copy and the .exe that I downloaded doesn't open for adding another computer to change the pass code! I have tried on all 5 computers and after multiple tries on each one, I gave up!

I already wrote a review, but I've had webroot a year now and just renewed for 2 years. It has done well for us (3 devices) everything works fine. Webroot tech support did a fine job too, Thank you so much, Chuck
