Without A Doubt, The BEST!

As a former website developer I'm really picky about internet security. The ones I've used in the past (freebies and paid) were okay (I had one developed in a country I do not trust that came pre-loaded on a new laptop and got rid of it the moment I got that laptop to my office) but Webroot catches malware, etc., that the others don't catch. Renewing my Webroot subscription is easy and their support team is really good. If you value your computer(s), phone, tablet, etc., you'll thank yourself that you chose Webroot for your security program.

I stick with Webroot because it keeps trouble away, doesn't get in the way. it's not cheap but worth it to me.

Problems with renewal download

My copy of WEBROOT was last updated online, but my status is still listed as expired. As far as I know, the software is functional but I keep getting error messages that indicate a critical error due to a missing file. I don't know how to correct the problem and have been ignoring the message. Also, the terms and conditions are required to be agreed to, but I cannot see them. I have checked the box because it is required in order to send this review. Finally, the CD sent via USPS cannot be loaded because I do not have this type of driver.

Excellent, repeat customer, never lose my business

This has been the best virus and security protection I have had. tried a few others prior (Norton, Kaspersky and a couple more over the years). I have been using Webroot for 5 years now and will never get anything else again. Excellent product.
