On my 2nd year with Webroot, and am really pleased with how easy, and safe it is to use. Have used various other VPN providers, but kept coming back to Webroot. Feel safe and sign on, and then forget about it. Let it work 4 U.

I like Webroot. All my problems seem to come from legitimate apps installed usually by Microsoft. They mess up my usual operations like nobody's business. They can't leave well enough alone. Now my screem shuts off all the time while I'm in the midst of some task. They mean well, but don't know (so far) how to fix it. It's like Boeing--installing new stuff but not thinking the process through. Not your fault at all--but that's where my problems lie.

Great Product...however...

Great product but I sure wish that webroot would stop asking me to buy the product with the non stop pop ups on my computer. I purchased and thought that I would be able to immediately download. I submitted all of the security codes that I had been given...did not download. 10-14 days later I receive disc in mail. My problem is with the marketing.....it never stops even though I have purchased the product.

After trying other security systems I will say the WebRoot is a much better system. It does not slow the system down and it does a great job of filtering spam.

Doesn't work with IOS
