Virus protection subscription

Hi, I purchased the virus protection and I still keep receiving a message on the screen saying my subscription has ended. I am glad to see this email cause I know I paid for it but was afraid I didn’t have it. Could you please reassure me that everything is good with my virus protection.

IT'S SO EASY EVEN A CAVEMAN COULD USE IT

Works nearly invisible in the background. I don't see any evidence that it slows down my computers. Updates do not require re-installs which is a huge convenience.
Warnings when websites are phishing aggressively a big plus. I always get out immediately.
Of your going to be connected to the Internet, this is the best security I've been able to find. Have been relying on it for our computers for at least a decade.

Dazed & Confused

I love Webroot it has my computer's back so to speak. As long as I have had this product on my computer I have not had an issue with viruses, internet security or any other issues. I have problems renewing my product, It's confusing when I renew and then have to transfer numbers. I love the product and have had it on all my computers so the product works great it's just renewing is a bit confusing for me.

Webroot doesn’t work

I paid for webroot but I got some really nasty malware and webroot couldn’t get rid of it. So I paid a girl from slimware who worked on it for 4 hours, but she finally got rid of them. So now I feel like I paid for webroot for nothing.
