Excellent Protection! But unfortunately it is not letting me renew / upgrade due to some glitch in webroot's payment gateway. I am feeling sad to go! I have been a user for over a decade. Its an irony that I am not able to make the payment, despite all possible trials and I wasted almost 2 hours.
I would recommend this to a friend!

EXTREMELY poor.

This product completely messed up a new (2019) computer. It completely prevents a wireless Sonos system from functioning properly, it completely prevents a laptop from communicating with a wireless printer. The software is absolutely terrible. HOPEFULLY I will be able to COMPLETELY UNINSTALL the software so there is NO trace of this waste of money and time remaining on the once great computer.

Fair protection. Removed 6 threats in 1 year. After each year's renewal, have to redownload and install program because it stops working. Does not remove adware at all, better protection from (free) Super Spyware or (free) Malware Bytes which removed over 200 threats per day. Does not remove unwanted cookies, bloatware, unwanted registry entries, or temp/log/history/search files; better protection from (free) CCleaner. Does not remove viruses resident in com surrogate; need to run (free) Rogue Killer to get rid of them. So what protection am I paying for if I have to clean my system with these other (free) programs?

If you feel that your PC has been infected with a virus that is not being detected we recommend that you open a support ticket at https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp so one of our threat research specialists can investigate and make sure that everything is set up correctly. We offer free virus removal for all of our customers, as well as rollback and remediation to revert any unwanted changes made by malware, so if anything is amiss our team will help you resolve the issue shortly.
Easy sign-in and the security product works fabulous. Multiple add-on options is easier to understand and helped me to pick a best one that suits my needs.

Webroot does not prevent your data from being leaked if that data was in the hands of another company. Please direct your blame at the companies that had their servers breached.
