The security seems to work well and I have had no issues in the several years I have been a user. However, you never know if there's good support until you need it. I recently experienced an issue with a program being blocked. I got no help from general internet searches and the recommended fixes. When I contacted Webroot support, they responded promptly and accurately. I was able to fix the problem quickly.

Harassed for years - This does not help

Purchased two separate Webroots each time someone has gained access to my computer thru the internet by adding an additional profile firefox, chrome or whichever engine I use and has managed to access my computer, place a backdoor on it and arbitrarily remotely access at that persons discretion. When trying to access my account, it is either inaccessible, my password doesn't work or I have to call to get it reset because the reset function does not work properly. Internet security plus has exchanged my money for problems.
