Don't like it at all

I'm not that computer savvy. Can't figure out why all the websites complain about the program as being intrusive, not recognizable, or possible spyware, yada, yada. I think my money is more well spent on just simple security.

Good Service, however needs consolidation

I like what you provide, however, I think you would obtain, and retain more customers if you had a single page on services offered, where one could "check" or select services wanted, in order to get a better overall price. Think about it, many of the ISP's already provide VPN service for free. So if I wanted you VPN service I could get it at the same time I purchase Internet Security Plus.

Rip off

After paying money and getting the extra disc in the mail, the document opens saying its expired. I put the disc in and it says I need to pay! What the heck!
