Something’s not working

I received a DVD disc in the mail. Loaded it in my computer and nothing runs no matter how I try to open it up. Not sure what I paid for.

Excellent Protection

This product alerts you quickly to sites that could breach your security and gives you the choice to go onto the site instead of blocking it totally.
The only problem I ran into is when I renewed my subscription, I kept getting a "Notice to Renew" box at the bottom of my screen. This lasted for an entire month. It was very annoying.

Just an average old guy

Been on computers since the DOS days. Back when memory cost $100 a megabyte. I've never been pleased with security software more than with Webroot. I'm now 82 years old and this software allows me to be pretty complacent about security. I know that's a bad statement to make but I haven't had any malware or virus on my computer since I went to Webroot. I read the ratings in the trade magazines and had no doubt it was for me. Thanks for all your hard work you folks at Webroot. You've got a lifer here.

Clean and Running great all the time

I have webroot on both my Mac,s and my PC and they all run perfectly staying clean thanks to your product. I depend on webroot to take care of my 3 computers especially my airbook mac, because it,s my Pro, Classic Rock & Roll back track Band. If it ever go,s down then i lose gigs and most important, Money. Can,t have that.

I am on my second webroot go round, and I wouldn't have purchased it if I was displeased. As a former Lan Director, I have seen lot's of systems come and go over the past 25 years. Most systems drive you nuts with problems and conflicts, and Webroot seems to be able to run without constant issues.

So... My daughter loves the sims 4 and she keeps trying to do it but like always, webroot denies her download. Besides that, everything else is amazing.
