No Home-Repair Service

We purchased a new Broan Evolution 3 Range Hood, QP3 Series Model QP336SS (Serial CH-01 0310 04831) which contractor installed. The one year warranty has expired. The Range Hood will not shut off! 24 hours a day! We have contacted Broan-NewTone dealers in our city, Modesto, CA and other cities in county. None of the dealers have a repair technician to send. I called Broan and left msg with request for help; approx. 5 days later received telcon from a lady from Broan - giving me the name of a Modesto service man; however, upon checking that individual has local legal problems and declined to respond. We would like to be contacted by Broan-Newtone. 24 September 2020
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
