We have a multi user office and the efficiency of this unit is great. Tech support is always quick and the ability to order online supplies is terrific.
Love this product!

This is like having another member of the office staff. It works consistently with very little attention from humans and I could add capacity at a very reasonable cost by simply buying a second MFP just like this one. I was surprised to see Xerox was still making the 6605 but --hey--why stop what's already successful!

- works under Linux, though I had to adapt one .ppd file from another similar WorkCentre (this one ought to be fixed by vendor)

Product functions well, although struggles with large graphic content.

The product functions well. We had difficulty setting up scan and fax functions - still not able to scan to a computer file. Scanning to email works fine. Print quality is very good. Toner cartridges do not last long and are expensive like most color laser printers. On line set up and communications is good, but you have to know what you are doing.

Pros: This is a user friendly MFP that is relatively easy to setup and even easier to use. It's a great product for the price. I would highly recommend.
Cons: Scanning process could be faster, other than that no complaints.
