Awesome machine! Mine came broken due to the shipper handling but Xerox had it fixed within a week. Awesome Service!

Once you get past the set up, which was difficult for me but with Xerox assistance easier, the printer is great - easy to use, excellent print quality and fast.

Great First Impression!

First of all, I ordered the workcentre on a Monday, and Tuesday night it was in my workspace - very impressed!
The workcentre is quiet but fast, and the finished product is beautiful. It ticks all my boxes with regard to speed and its ability to print, copy, fax, and scan. I feel extremely secure in knowing that I can take on a job with confidence because the Xerox 6605 will never let me down.

Printer has great quality

The printer as shipped only had 512mb of ram and no hard drive. Because of that the speed is off from what I had expected. I have additional ram ordered and a drive for it so I think that will solve my speed issue. Otherwise, great quality print. Toner seems over priced.

Love the quality

The print quality is AMAZING! Most times can't tell the difference between the original & copy! Speed is great and the only complaint I have is the frustration that the "Auto" tray select does not pick up from the bypass tray when paper is loaded there! I've had this feature on past printers ...other than Xerox... and don't understand why I can't get it to work on this model.

One Awesome Workhorse!

I did a bunch of research before purchasing this printer. I needed an office workhorse that could handle everything from checks to glossy cardstock fliers. I also needed a machine that would print in a "true" color. This machine fully lives up to expectations. The color is amazing, the speed is amazing, and its ability to switch from one kind of paper to another is fabulous. I was not sure I would use the duplex feature, but it is one of my favorite features and works great. I save lots of paper now that I set my regular printing to duplex. this is truly a professional office multi function machine!
