I am very pleased me and my husband have used this service for going on 3 years, no virus on computers anymore, had 2 before we bought this services and 1 hacker, no worries anymore, peace of mind with protection

Adding systems

I have a five system version and every time I try to add another system, it's a disaster. Continues to tell me that the Key provided is no good, yet when I go through the missing/lost key process, it brings up the same number. Sure glad I only have one more device available.

Efficient and effective

Very light on system resources, scans fairly quickly. Didn't give it 5 stars because it never catches the fake Firefox update malware dialog box.

THE PASSWORD MANGER DOES NOT WORK. plus I CANNOT DOWNLOAD ON TO SOME OF MY OTHER DEVICES THAT I TRY TO UPDATE OTHER THEN THAT IT WORKS FINE.
