Could never get scan past 11 percent attempts to reach support were directed to third party tried another product which detected and removed many threats your product did not detect. Purchased another product. Would like a refund but i suspect you do not do that

Used to be good but now it is INCREDIBLY BUGGY and doesn't work. The GUI is horrible and all it does is push ads for upgrades. Very bad.
