Have used Webroot for years. Now unable to download the product. I believe that you have mixed up my email addresses. I have a product still in effect.

BEWARE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

I was happy with this product for years. It is a good antivirus. However, I HATE when companies default to automatic renewal, which this does. If they even notified me before they charged my account for renewal I didn't see it (been hospitalized). I would have renewed, but have another product that protects my ID, as I was a victim of identity theft and do not need both.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just renewed my Webroot anywhere subscription, good protection but the optimize system tab is gone and now requires a separate subscription and price has doubled. I may go elsewhere next year.

I bought a renewal from an email offer. I still had 18 days left on old code. The new code said it would update automatically in 24 hrs. It did not. so I put in new code and now lost my leftover days, can't get help, can't add on my other computers which also never auto updated as they should.

Price is good, scans are always available and Webroot does its job. Getting ordered, finding your code AND having instructions on how and where to apply that to get the subscription up and running is NOT GOOD.
