i already have this but it will not load on my new chrome book. i was supposed to purchase webroot for chrome book, this has been nothing but a nightmare, everytime i try to down load it i just get redirected to purchase something. at this point i just want my money back.

You can not set this up on your phone or I-pad. There is no tech support number to call or customer service number. I am very disappointed.

I'm sorry you are having issues reading your keycode. You can always copy-paste from the email as well.
