Webroot stops malicious threats before they infect

I have used Webroot for many years now on my computers and just recently added it to my phone.
No threat has damaged my data, apparently, even the few over the years that actually show up as removed by Webroot. Unlike some other nototably good programs, Webroot does not seem to slow my computers at all. I have seen what a malicious program can do to data in a workplace as well as the threat it poses for an entire business network.
