Good software but confusing renewal process.

The installation process was confusing to me. I received an initial reminder on my computer so I I purchased the renewal. However, I wasn’t prompted to install. Weeks later, while I was on vacation with no access to my computer I received an email indicating that I had to install. When I returned home, I installed the software, but the process was confusing with so many different options too go through. Basically there are no process is another opportunity for up selling the software which I wasn’t interested in. I would have preferred to just choose to renew without all of the pop-up menus and opportunities to spend more money.

Works OK on the PC, but unable to use on the android mobile due to weird login issues, which support could not help with. They basically agreed that it didn't work

Although I have been a Webroot user for many years I do find that it results in a significant decrease in the speed of my PC. I try to ensure that the scan times are well outside of my normal usage schedules but in doing so it alters the times I can use any of my PC's at will.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dashboard does not show moblie devices. Best I can tell it is working on mobiles, or it would have gotten 1 star. Old pc that has been removed is still using one of my licences.
