I could not get a virus scan with Webroot and chose Norton. Norton cancelled Webroot from my computer so I am confused as to why I received this email.

I have had Webroot Secure Anywhere for years. Last year I had something like 30 virus infections according to Geek Squad. How did Webroot miss that many?

I downloaded Webroot Internet Security free trial on the Webroot page. When I install it, instead it's installing Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus. I can't see the features of Webroot Internet Security Complete.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
