(1) We scanned a folder and the result displayed 16 items scanned. With the same scanning window open, we moved to the next folder and simply chose to "scan again". It scanned and it displayed same info (16 items scanned). We did the same and the result was the same: 16 items scanned. Then, we chose to restart the scanning by left-clicking on the folder and right-clicking to "scan with WebRoot". The items scanned changed for each folder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HAVE USED THIS FOR MANY YEARS AFTER NORTON ANIVIRUS LET IN SEVERAL VIRUSES AND WEBROOT GOT THEM OUT AND HAS KEPT THEM OUT EVER SINCE
