By my experience the product is excellent. There is one annoyance I would like to see corrected.
When an executable is cleared for internet access the database is not updated immediately. If executable calls itself repeatedly, and many do, the query recurrs with each call. That can be annoying. Otherwise great.

If your product is working? It has been thru the GEEK squad and your fee was covered thru them. Neither Geek squad nor you advised me of the separation of of your collection methods. and you cancelled me and I resigned up direct with you. My computer shows that i am reinstalled but your system show that I am not activated as yet.
