So far this security suite has been the best security application I have ever purchased. Light, it does not constantly bother you with anything. You something don't realize it is there. Just does it's job and leaves me alone. Love it.

I find Webroot's security to be excellent. The change in the user interface since it became Carbonite however has made it nearly impossible to delete computers from my plan. I couldn't access my account at all. I ended up adding a second plan for a new computer, even though I have four computers on my plan that we no longer own. I deal with many subscription based software platforms, and this seems to be the trend, making it difficult to "unsubscribe". My solution was to stop the auto renewal for the older plan. in the old user interface it was easy to delete old computers and add new ones.

Decided to buy a new version instead of renewing my old as it was cheaper to do so, why is that. Anyways the process was easy to enter my new activation code but now I continually receive a notification on the desktop and Chromebook about creating a new account; already have an account. I googled the issue and seems to have been a problem for a while.
