I bought this to use on 5 devises . It took me 2 days and call tech support to get it on my phone and my pc then i had to purchase a new phone forget it Im never buying again I have loved your products in the passed I've used them for 6 yrs . I don't know what you did to the program but i know you will be loosing a lot of customers

I'm happy with the product but you're not good to your existing customers. Auto renewal is $80 but you can get a copy from various places for less than half that. Convenience shouldn't cost that much.
