Great product that does the job well

What I like best about Webroot is that it installs easily and works immediately. So far I've had no problems with it, and adding it to other devices was not difficult. It works in the background and the dashboard is most easy to understand and work with. Kudos to the Webroot team!

Webroot need to better itself.

As a services webroot is tops. As a company they need to do much better: focus on webroot core business, drop useless and not required cloud storage and password keeper or offer an option. Sell and renew existing customer at USD 35.00 instead of gouging them for the same service upon renewal.
