No problems with the product for 7years. However, they send out several notices of expiration which lead to buying it again. Only to find out it is on an annual renewal ending up having to get a refund on one of the subscriptions.

Web root did not work on chrome ebook & iPhone XR

I have purchased this product for my windows laptop and it was worth every penny. This time around it only worked on Galaxy Book Pro 360. I was disappointed that I am unable to install the product on our Chrome ebook and iPhones XR. Now I know for the future. Also surprised that I received a CD since laptops no longer come with CD roms.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
