Great software lousy subscription mainenance

This is the best antivirus software I've tried, but they keep lousy records, charging for services I did not order, prompting me to renew when I'm already on automatic renewal and most recently making me renew again in six months when I had already renewed. I'm removing the automatic renewal from both subscriptions I've created in attempt to not get over charged again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
