I made 2 payments on 2 separate cards and I can't reach anyone to discuss. I sent an email regarding this and waiting for a reply. As far as your system works I'm having problems on that end too and I certainly don't think you guys are above the rest. I switched from Total AV for the same reason, no communication.

Cumbersome

I tried to renew my subscription and had to jump through so many hoops that after an hour I still don't know if my sub scrimption is renewed or not, plus I have .three new key codes that I don't know what to do with

This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

I'm not confident this program does anything except tell me I'm locked out and never send the MFA code to my device. I am me. My password is saved. I can't renew you if you can't let me in. Not impressed.
